We currently offer shipping to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We also ship to the mainland United Kingdom, which includes England, Scotland, and Wales.
Please note that we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, other U.S. territories, remote islands, British Forces, or Northern Ireland.

Order processing typically takes 1-3 business days. Our team strives to process and prepare your orders for shipment as quickly as possible. While we aim to ship orders within 24 hours or the next business day, please allow up to 3 business days during peak periods.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)
For all international orders, customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, VAT, or fees that may be applied by their country's customs or tax authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs displayed on our website. They are assessed once the shipment reaches your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information about potential charges before placing your order to avoid unexpected fees. Payment of these additional charges is necessary for customs clearance and to release your order to you upon arrival. Failure to pay these charges may result in delays or the return of your order.
International Returns Due to Unpaid Customs Duties: For international orders returned to us because you refused to pay customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees, we will refund only the item price. Please understand that while we may offer 'free shipping' promotions, Enhens still incurs the original shipping cost to send your order internationally. Therefore, to ensure fair practice and to cover our initial shipping expense, the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund in cases where a return occurs due to non-payment of import duties. Original shipping fees are non-refundable when returns are caused by your refusal to pay legally required import fees.
Shipping Restrictions
We comply with all applicable international trade laws and regulations. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order if the shipping destination is to a restricted region or country, or if fulfilling the order would violate any trade laws. We will notify you promptly if such a situation arises. Additionally, we may not be able to ship to certain locations due to logistical limitations or carrier restrictions.
