Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time is already included in any estimated delivery timeframe shown on a product page or in the destination guide below.

Factors Affecting Delivery Times (Beyond Our Control)

Please be aware that various factors can sometimes affect delivery times, including but not limited to:

These factors are unfortunately beyond our control.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

Where applicable law requires Enhens to collect VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar taxes at the time of sale, these charges may be included in or added to your order at checkout.

For shipments where import charges are not prepaid, the recipient is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges, or carrier brokerage fees assessed by the destination country. These charges are not included unless expressly shown as collected at checkout. Customs rules and thresholds vary by destination.

Refusal to Pay Customs or Import Charges

If the recipient refuses to pay legally required import duties, taxes, customs charges, or carrier fees, the shipment may be delayed, returned, abandoned, or disposed of depending on the carrier and destination customs authority.

Refusal to pay applicable import charges does not automatically entitle an order to a refund. Any refund will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law. Where permitted by law, documented non-recoverable shipping, return, storage, customs, or disposal costs resulting from the refusal may be deducted.

Shipping Restrictions

We comply with all applicable international trade laws and regulations. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order if the shipping destination is to a restricted region or country, or if fulfilling the order would violate any trade laws. We will notify you promptly if such a situation arises. Additionally, we may not be able to ship to certain locations due to logistical limitations or carrier restrictions. If your location is affected, we will inform you as soon as possible.
